UK Domestic Shipping
Your jewellery will be carefully packaged and posted within two working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured to the value of your order.

International Shipping
International orders will be dispatched within two working days via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, insured to the value of the order.
Please note: since the UK has left the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. For details, please check with your local customs office.

Returns

How to Return
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you’d like to return your order you may do so within 28 days of purchase. Returns are at the purchaser’s cost (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will arrange reimbursement of shipping costs with you directly).

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and signed-for service, insured to the full value of the order. Items must arrive back with us in the same condition they were sent. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, and reimbursement would need to be sought from your courier.

Important
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

Refunds & Replacements
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or full refund as requested.
