Discover the colour hidden inside petals and leaves as you create naturally printed cards and botanical artwork using real flowers.
Flower hammering, also known as tataki-zomé, uses fresh flowers and foliage gently tapped onto paper to release their natural pigments. You will experiment with colours and compositions before turning your favourite impressions into cards and small art prints.
Flowers, paper, cards, hammers, aprons, refreshments and treats are included. Take home four cards and two small prints.
Held in Sue's welcoming home studio in Martlesham, near Woodbridge. Private workshops are also available for small groups.
Suitable for ages 16+. Anyone under 18 must attend with a participating adult. Please note that a dog lives at the property; please get in touch before booking if you have a severe allergy or are uncomfortable around dogs.
